Fresh foods sealed in air tight containers. The left picture is pimento cheese sandwich on wheat, sub with two kinds of meats and cheese and a 1/4lbs cheeseburger provided with a tray that keeps the lettuce and tomato cold while heating the burger. The right picture shows a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and a sausage biscuit. Also Pictured is a small chef salad and a meatloaf plate lunch with potatoes and gravy, green beans and roll. 

All of our items are made fresh daily in our commissary.

We only use quality name brand products and not pre-made frozen sandwiches.

Our large variety of food products includes 1/4 lbs cheeseburgers, subs, salad sandwiches, salads, bar-be-cue sandwiches, breakfast biscuits, plate lunches and many other items.

D & D Vending Inc. takes great pride in the quality of our foods.  Below is a list of the procedures to insure this quality.

1.  D & D Vending Inc. has a large variety of sandwiches and plate lunches. 

2.  Service schedule.  D & D Vending Inc. will service the food machines on a  daily basis to ensure the freshness of the foods and to control the dated foods.

3.  Shelf life of the foods.

1. All sandwiches are  prepared daily are delivered the next day in refrigerated trucks
2. All sandwiches are sealed with 5 to 7  days of shelf life.
3. All sandwiches are labeled with labels that meet the new labeling  laws by the National Food and Drug Administration.  This includes all of the ingredients, net weight weight and expiration date.
4. The State  of  Tennessee  Department  of  Agriculture  regulates            D & D Vending Inc. foods.
